13th Greenstock conference in Beijing
This year’s 13th international Greenstock conference will take place in Beijing from 19 to 21 May 2015. The conference is geared towards decision makers from politics and industry, researchers, users and planners and provides a stage for sharing experience and networking on energy storage projects. Scientists and research institutes are asked to submit conference articles for the convention. Contributors still have until 15 February 2015 to submit an abstract of their article online.
The Greenstock conference has been supporting the global research and propagation of energy storage technologies since 1981. The conference serves to promote dialogue among researchers, manufacturers, users, planners and decision makers from politics and industry. The full spectrum of subjects around energy storage is covered at the conference and contributions made can be equally broad, for instance:
- Energy storage devices for buildings, industrial applications, energy supply and networks, and for the mobile sector
- Materials and systems
- Sensitive and latent thermal storage systems, sorption storage systems, thermochemical energy storage
- Electrochemical storage systems
- Compressed air and pumped storage power plants
- Power-to-gas technologies (hydrogen and methanisation)
Abstracts for conference contributions can be submitted up to 15 February 2015. Authors will be notified as to whether their contribution has been approved by 28 February. Completed specialist articles will then be expected by 15 April.
